Overview

No follower of Jesus should ever be heard to say, “It is what it is.” Fatalism may be the order of the day, but it’s not Jesus’ way. Jesus came to show us what was real and expose what was not. In his Gospel, the Apostle John uses seven “signs” to show that things in our fallen world are not as they seem. If we want to be deeply devoted disciples of Jesus, we will need to learn that it is not what it is in this fallen world.
