When God wanted to have a word with his people, he often chose to meet them in the mountains. There are ten famous mountains in the Bible, and each of them stands as a monument to God’s covenant love and divine plan. This is no surprise, because throughout history, humans have often seen mountains as “thin places” between heaven and earth. By making some summer summits together, we can meet God in the mountains and remember his pinnacle promises.
